Account Control

  • ROS can delete your account or block your password at any time.

  • You are responsible for everything done through your account, even if someone else uses it.

Buying & Products

  • ROS is just a marketplace. Sellers handle the actual products, and ROS isn't liable for defective or wrong items.

  • An order isn't guaranteed until it ships. Sellers can cancel orders before dispatch.

Pricing & Refunds

  • If an item price is listed wrong, ROS can cancel your order.

  • Refunds only cover what you actually paid (minus discounts and shipping fees).

  • If you are charged over the official product price (MRP), report it to ROS first.

User Rules

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or supervised by a parent).

  • No commercial use, hacking, fraud, or posting fake/illegal reviews. Any review you post becomes ROS's property.
